ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Dr. Wendy Bedrosian founded Caring {and effective} Classroom Solutions after retiring from a 35-year career as an educator. She is committed to nurturing emotional literacy in early childhood professionals for effective and successful classroom leadership. Her solution-oriented coaching and in-service training methods are based on the latest neuroscience research on teaching and learning and are compatible with how a child’s brain develops, learns, and responds.  Her priority is the mental, social, and emotional health of children under six years.

With a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Special Education and post-doctoral training in the neuroscience of teaching and learning, Wendy has worked with children, teachers and families in diverse settings including, childcare centers, foster care homes, public schools, hospitals, early intervention programs, and on contract with Child Protective Services. She has presented at more than 30 in-service trainings, professional workshops, and international conferences; trained nearly 4,000 early childhood professionals; written more than 30 professional publications; and received 13 teaching awards.

Wendy is dedicated to using her professional experiences to provide educators with the tools they need to lead their classrooms effectively through research-based practices. Her methods transform classrooms into a safe haven where students excel academically and thrive emotionally.
